When counselling may help

Counselling can be useful when you are carrying something that feels difficult to make sense of alone.

Grief and bereavement
Life transitions and identity shifts
Relationship or family changes
Caring roles and emotional load
Stress, burnout and overwhelm
Change, uncertainty and decision-making
Feeling stuck, disconnected or not quite yourself

A thoughtful and grounded approach

My approach is warm, collaborative and reflective. I work with you at a pace that feels manageable, creating space to explore what has happened, what you are carrying and what might support you to move forward.

Grief and loss across all domains

Grief is not limited to bereavement alone. I support people through relationship endings, career and role transitions, health changes, identity shifts, and other forms of loss that may not always be recognised or named. Every loss deserves to be witnessed with care and respect.

A tailored, holistic approach

There is no one-size-fits-all way to work with grief or life transitions. My approach is responsive and collaborative, shaped around what you need in the moment. Depending on your preferences and circumstances, our work may draw on somatic and body-based approaches, existential reflection, mindfulness and meditation, focusing-oriented practices, gentle challenge, and other therapeutic interventions that support integration and meaning-making.

Working with the whole person

I draw on a range of therapeutic frameworks and lived personal and professional experience, always in service of supporting the whole of you — emotionally, psychologically, and at times spiritually — without imposing a single model or belief system.

Alongside my professional training, my work is informed by lived experience of grief. This experience is held with humility and care, not assumption. Your story remains your own, and our work together is guided by what you need, at your pace.
