Keren Ludski

Keren's story

My work is grounded in more than two decades of counselling practice, specialist grief and bereavement expertise, senior leadership experience and consulting work with purpose-led organisations.

Across counselling, supervision, coaching and consulting, I support people and organisations to make sense of complex experiences, strengthen practice and navigate change with clarity and care.

I am deeply committed to my professional craft. I have trained extensively and continue to study, reflect and evolve my practice so I can offer work that is ethical, grounded and responsive. Being able to hold space well, with steadiness, discernment and care, is not accidental. It is a skill honed over years of practice, supervision, learning and lived engagement with human complexity.

Specialist expertise

Specialist grief and bereavement expertise

A significant focus of Keren's work has been supporting people and families through grief, bereavement and life-changing loss. She has particular expertise in parental grief, pregnancy loss, miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, neonatal death, infant death and child death.

Over more than 20 years, Keren has provided clinical support to bereaved parents and families, and developed and delivered training for professionals working with grief, loss, bereavement care and complex human experiences.

This expertise informs her counselling, supervision and consulting work, particularly where grief, trauma, care systems, lived experience and professional practice intersect.

Published and practice-informed expertise

Keren is a published author and contributor to peer-reviewed research across grief, bereavement, perinatal loss, stillbirth, peer support and compassionate care.

Her work bridges research, practice, lived experience and executive leadership. This gives her work a strong evidence-informed foundation while remaining deeply human, practical and grounded in real-world complexity.

Selected media and public commentary

Keren has contributed to public conversations on grief, bereavement, infant and child loss, safe sleep, leadership and community support.

Lived experience, held with professional care

My work is also informed by lived experience of profound grief. My third child died from SIDS, a loss that profoundly shaped both who I am and the professional I have become.

This experience did not replace the need for training, supervision or clinical rigour. It deepened my commitment to it. It reinforced for me that grief is not something to be fixed, rushed or tidied away, and that no one should have to walk it alone.

I hold this experience with care and professional boundaries. I do not bring it into the room unless it serves you. Our work stays centred on your story, your needs and your pace.

Two lanes, one core skillset

Keren works in two connected contexts: therapeutic support for individuals and practitioners, and consulting and coaching for leaders and organisations. In both, the work is grounded in deep listening, clarity, ethical judgement and the ability to stay steady in complexity.

Therapeutic: Counselling and supervision

Steady, evidence-informed support for individuals navigating grief, bereavement, loss and life transitions, and clinical supervision for practitioners committed to ethical, reflective and human-centred practice.

Consulting and advisory

Practical strategy, governance, service design and leadership support for not-for-profit, health, human services and purpose-led organisations. Keren's consulting work is broader than grief and loss, while drawing on her deep understanding of people, systems, complexity and change.
